In the month of January, the entire Easton EDC staff – Holly, Lance, and Deena -met with our merchants in a series of four meetings. Enthusiasm is high for a fantastic 2023, beginning with the return of the Chesapeake Fire & Ice Festival on February 17 & 18. Incredible ice sculptures will be place all through the town, inviting visitors to capture photo opps, enjoy the outdoors, and explore the town with new eyes. The festival is free and everyone is welcome! We thank our local businesses and organizations supporting this event.
We also discussed our complete list of events coming up in 2023 – an action-packed schedule including live music, arts festivals, gallery walks, and more. To better serve our guests, DiscoverEaston is also creating a new map – should be hot off the presses by mid-March. In addtion the EastonEDC is faciliating grants to our local businesses for beautification of their exteriors.
