The Mayor recently joined us for a visit to a few businesses in Easton Marketplace. The Hallmark store, Phở Vân, and Rusticana Pizzeria were extremely welcoming and offered us their excitement, kind words, and even some lunch! Each business had something to say about how they appreciated Easton and the people that make it a great place to live…
“We, at Pam’s Hallmark, appreciate the mayor’s support for small local business in Easton. It’s just another example of how Easton has been so welcoming to us. Our goal is to be great neighbors and partners with the Easton community by meeting their social expression needs and to create a store environment that makes the community say ‘I love my local Hallmark store.'”
– Jamie Snyder, Store Manager at Hallmark
“Having people from the Town of Easton stop by made me feel more connected. We’re very happy to be in Easton, and we’ve appreciated all the support that the people of Easton have given us, since we’re the only Vietnamese restaurant in the area.”
– Gary Nguyen, Owner of Phở Vân
“We try to do a lot for the community and we are grateful that Easton supports us in return. We love being connected to this community.”
–Tony Genova, Owner of Rusticana Pizzeria
Though brief, these visits were a reminder of how essential it is to connect with the people that keep Easton going. We could not be happier to stand alongside them as proud Eastoners. Be sure to check out these great places along Marlboro Ave!
