Talbot Commerce Park Poised For Growth

Talbot Commerce Park (TCP) is located in an ideal location close to the Easton bypass and Route 50.  The Park was annexed into the Town of Easton in 2014 and is fully upgraded with public sewer and water service, with complete access road improvements.  TCP’s 111 acres of land are zoned Business Commercial (BC) and are intended for a wide variety of uses including professional office space, warehousing, distribution, automotive services and landscaping/nursery.

TCP was recently approved by the Town of Easton and County Council to be included in the State of Maryland Enterprise Tax Zone (subject to State of Maryland approval).  This designation will allow eligible businesses to qualify for income tax credits and real property tax credits in return for job creation and investments made in the zone.

Existing businesses in the park employ approximately 180 people and are estimated to add 100 positions over the next five years.  These new jobs will be available to a variety of different skill and talent levels.

Currently there are several premium lots available within the park for sale or lease/build-to-suit, with great opportunities for businesses to design and build an ideal location.
