USDA Rural Development State Director for Delaware and Maryland, Denise Lovelady, announced that the agency is now accepting applications for the Value-Added Producer Grant (VAPG) program. Nationally, there is approximately $37 million available. Electronic applications must be submitted via Grants.gov by March 5, 2020 and paper applications must be received by March 10, 2020.
