Screening of the Film Fantastic Fungi on Thursday, March 26th

Don’t miss the opportunity to experience an afternoon or evening screening of the film Fantastic Fungi on Thursday, March 26th at Temple B’Nai Israel in Easton sponsored by Out of the Fire and Dock Street Foundation.

Award-winning filmmaker Louie Schwartzberg has teamed up with an all-star team of professional and amateur mycologists, artists, foodies, ecologists, doctors, and explorers to create Fantastic Fungi, a life-affirming, mind-bending film about mushrooms and their mysterious interwoven root-like filaments called mycelium.

The film educates about the beauty, intelligence and solutions the fungi kingdom offers in response to some of our most pressing medical, therapeutic, and environmental challenges, with stories shared through the eyes of renowned scientists, best-selling authors Michael Pollan, Dr. Andrew Weil and others.

This hour and twenty-minute film will surprise, educate and delight audiences of all ages. Attend any one of the three screenings at 3:30 PM, 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Tickets are $15.00 each. Children under 12 admitted free with an adult.
