In previous discussions about inclusion, we have seen how fully committing to this innovative philosophy and letting it permeate a company’s culture creates a better environment and an improved bottom line. We know strategies to assure diversity and a welcoming environment to people of all abilities has been an extraordinary positive for Easton based Qlarant. Their entire company culture exemplifies this successful strategy.

Qlarant has a fully integrated process which involves employees from recruitment to employment. Additionally, The Qlarant Foundation is dedicated to supporting community organizations that focus on supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. “By creating a diverse team with a wide range of experience and backgrounds, we are stronger and better prepared to face challenges and find success,” remarks Pat Boos, director of Marketing.
