March came in like a lion, just not the lion that we expected. On the weather front, we’ve been enjoying unseasonably warm weather and early Spring flowers. On the economic development front, we are seeing increasing investment activity and interest in Easton, ensuring a strong pipeline of projects to secure the Town’s future.
We also conducted a retreat with the Easton Economic Development Corp. Board of Directors and finalized our 2020 work plan. We look forward to sharing it with you in April. Stay tuned.
On other fronts, due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, we are asked to consider possibilities that most likely have not occurred to us ever before, as we prepare for the worst while remaining optimistic that the Eastern Shore will remain free from a direct threat. While we all do our best to ensure we remain healthy, please continue to support our local businesses ensuring that this lion goes out like a lamb.
