MEBA is a private maritime educational facility that offers internationally recognized, state-of-the-art training and experience that enhances the safety, reliability, and profitability of vessels and equipment while preserving and protecting the natural environment.

Cooperative Oxford NOAA Lab – National Center for Coastal Oceanic Science, Coastal Environmental Health, and Bimolecular Research
This facility, which is co-located with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Coast Guard, employs 40 scientists and technicians. The join partners are responsible for monitoring the entire health and safety of the Chesapeake Bay.
